Return & Refund Policy

Every doll on talalaykoanna.toys is handmade, collectible and one of a kind — there is no second identical piece. Because of this unique nature, returns are limited, but we will always treat a genuine problem fairly and personally.

The nature of the items

Each doll is an individual work of art created by hand. It cannot be restocked or replaced with an identical item. Minor variations from the photographs — slight differences in tone, texture or tiny details — are part of the handmade nature of the work and are not grounds for a return.

Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If you have already paid, the payment will be refunded. Simply write to talalayko@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Returns after dispatch

After an order has been dispatched, a return or refund is possible in the following cases:

  • The doll arrived damaged in transit.
  • The doll significantly differs from its description or photographs on the site (beyond the minor handmade variations described above).

How to make a claim

If your doll arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us at talalayko@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order details (name and, if you have it, the order number).
  • Photographs of the doll showing the problem.
  • Photographs of the packaging, inside and outside — these are essential for a transit damage claim with the carrier.

How claims are reviewed

We review every claim personally and reply as soon as we reasonably can, normally within a few business days of receiving the photographs and details. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, a partial refund or a full refund upon return of the item, and we will agree the return shipping arrangements with you individually.

If an agreed refund is due, it is issued using the original payment method wherever possible, within the timelines required by applicable law.

Non-refundable costs

Where permitted by applicable law, outbound shipping costs and payment processing fees may be non-refundable. This will always be explained to you clearly before any refund is agreed.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces consumer rights that cannot be waived under the applicable law of your country. Where mandatory law gives you broader rights than this policy, the law prevails.
