Payment Policy

This page explains how payment for the dolls works at the current stage of talalaykoanna.toys, and how it will work once online payment is introduced.

Current stage: no online payment

The site does not currently accept online payments. You cannot pay for a doll directly on the site, and the site will never ask you to enter card details at this stage.

How payment is agreed today

After you send a purchase request, Anna personally confirms that the doll is available, checks that delivery to your location is possible and agrees the payment method with you individually. Every order is discussed personally — this is part of what makes each sale of a one-of-a-kind piece careful and unhurried.

Online payments in the future

In the future the site may accept online payments through YooKassa, Prodamus, or another payment provider. When that happens, payment will take place on the provider’s own secure pages, protected by the provider’s security systems.

The site itself never stores full bank card details — neither now nor after online payment is introduced. Card data is handled exclusively by the payment provider.

Currencies, taxes and fees

Prices may be shown or agreed in the currency indicated on the site or discussed during confirmation of an order. Depending on your country and payment method, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or transaction fees; such fees are set by them, not by us.

Any applicable taxes are indicated or agreed before you pay. Customs duties and import taxes of the destination country are covered separately in the Shipping Policy.

Receipts and confirmations

You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email or through the agreed communication channel. Once online payments are introduced, payment receipts will be issued in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.

Refunds

Refunds, cancellations and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. If a refund is agreed, it is made using the same payment method that was used for the original payment wherever possible.
