Payment Policy

Paying online

You can pay for an available doll online by bank card. After you fill in the order form, you are taken to the secure payment page of the payment provider to complete the payment. Once the payment succeeds, your order is confirmed automatically.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout or on the payment provider’s secure page. Which ones appear can depend on your country, the currency of the order, the bank that issued your card and whether the payment service is technically available at that moment.

Depending on the doll, payment is taken in euros (EUR) for international orders or in Russian roubles (RUB). The amount and currency are always shown before you pay. Prices shown in other currencies on the site are approximate — the final amount in your own currency may differ slightly depending on your bank’s exchange rate and fees.

When payment is arranged personally

Some dolls are arranged personally rather than paid online — for example when online card payment is not available for your country. In that case, sending a purchase request opens a conversation: Anna confirms availability and delivery and agrees the payment method with you individually. Sending a request does not oblige you to buy anything.

Security of your card details

Online payment takes place on the payment provider’s own secure pages, protected by the provider’s security systems. Your card details are entered on the provider’s side: this site never receives or stores your full bank card details — the card data is handled exclusively by the payment provider. At most we receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.

Currencies, taxes and fees

Online payments are charged in euros (EUR) or Russian roubles (RUB), as shown before payment. Depending on your country and card, your bank may apply currency conversion or transaction fees; such fees are set by your bank or payment provider, not by us.

Any applicable taxes are indicated before you pay. Customs duties and import taxes of the destination country are covered separately in the Shipping Policy.

Receipts and confirmations

After a successful payment you receive a confirmation, and a payment receipt is issued through the payment provider in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds, cancellations and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. If a refund is agreed, it is made using the same payment method that was used for the original payment wherever possible.
