Shipping Policy

Each doll travels from the artist’s studio to its new home carefully packed and personally seen off. This page explains how shipping works on talalaykoanna.toys.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, wherever carrier services are available. If delivery to your country turns out to be impossible or unreliable, we will tell you honestly before any payment is made.
How shipping is arranged
Shipping arrangements — the carrier, the cost and the estimated delivery time — are confirmed individually for each order during the personal confirmation of your purchase request, or as stated on the product page.
Processing and dispatch time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Each doll is packed by hand with great care, so preparation is never rushed. If dispatch is expected to take longer for any reason, we will let you know.
Carriers
Deliveries are made by [Shipping carrier] or another carrier agreed with you for your specific order. The exact carrier for your destination is confirmed when your order is confirmed.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your country’s authorities, are not included in the price of the doll or the shipping cost, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays outside our control
We hand each parcel to the carrier promptly, but we cannot control what happens afterwards. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services or courier companies. If a parcel seems to be taking too long, contact us — we will help track it down.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided to you after dispatch whenever the chosen shipping service supports tracking, so you can follow your doll’s journey.
Packaging
Every doll is packed by hand with materials chosen to protect delicate handmade work in transit: soft inner wrapping, secure fixing inside the box and sturdy outer packaging. Please keep the packaging until you are sure the doll has arrived safely — it is needed if a transit damage claim ever has to be made.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address, postal code and phone number before confirming an order. Costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address (such as return or re-dispatch fees) may be the buyer’s responsibility, as described in the Terms of Service.
