What data we collect

We collect only the data you choose to share with us and a minimal amount of technical data needed to keep the site running safely:

• Purchase request form: your name, email address, phone number, messenger handle (for example Telegram or WhatsApp), country, city, delivery address, postal code, preferred language of communication and any comment you add to the request.
• Contact form: your name, email address and the text of your message.
• Technical data: essential cookies (described in our Cookie Policy) and standard server logs, including IP addresses, which we keep for security purposes and to protect the site against abuse.

Why we process your data

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your purchase request, confirm the availability of a doll and agree the details of the sale with you personally.
• To arrange delivery and payment for a confirmed order.
• To reply to messages you send through the contact form.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us, such as accounting and tax requirements.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse.

How purchase requests are handled

When you send a purchase request, the details you provide are stored securely and a notification is sent to the seller so that Anna can review your request and contact you personally. Sending a request does not oblige you to buy anything: it simply opens a conversation about the doll you are interested in.

The delivery details you provide (address, postal code, country, city) are used solely to check that shipping to your location is possible and, once an order is confirmed, to dispatch it. Your preferred language helps us reply in the language you are most comfortable with.

Online payments

When you pay online, the payment is handled by our payment provider, Prodamus. Payment takes place on the provider’s own secure pages, and the payment data you enter there is processed by the provider under its own privacy policy.

This site never stores your full bank card details. At most we receive a confirmation from the provider that a payment succeeded or failed.

Cookies

The site currently uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for the site owner’s admin area and a cookie that remembers your language preference. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies at this stage. You can find full details in our Cookie Policy.

Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to fulfil your request or an order:

• Shipping companies — the name, address and contact details needed to deliver a confirmed order to you.
• A payment provider (Prodamus) — when you pay online, and only to the extent required to process your payment.
• Public authorities — only where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep your data

We keep purchase request and order data for as long as it is needed to handle your request or order and for as long as applicable law requires us to retain records (for example, for accounting or tax purposes). Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, and in particular under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Access — to ask what personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.
• Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure — to ask us to delete your data where there is no lawful reason for us to keep it.
• Restriction — to ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
• Objection — to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Portability — to receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Complaint — to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

How to exercise your rights

Children

The site is not directed at children, and the dolls presented here are collectible art objects intended for adult collectors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at talalaykoanna@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when new features (such as online payment) are added to the site. The date at the top of the page always shows when the policy was last revised. Significant changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.

Customer accounts, order tracking and reviews

If you place an order, we create a simple account so you can follow it. You sign in without a password: you enter your email address and we send you a one-time sign-in link. For this we store your email address, your name and your preferred language, together with single-use, time-limited sign-in tokens (of which we keep only a hashed form). The account lets you see your own orders, their status and, once an order has shipped, the carrier and tracking number.

If you choose to leave a review of a doll you have received, we store the name you give, your rating, the text of your review and any photos you upload. Reviews are checked by us before they appear and, once approved, the name, rating, text and photos are published publicly on the site. Please share only photos you are happy to make public and that do not show other people without their consent. You can ask us to remove your review or its photos at any time by writing to talalaykoanna@gmail.com.
