About the site

The site talalaykoanna.toys is a showcase of handmade collectible art dolls created by the artist Anna Talalayko. The site is operated by ИП Талалайко Роман Валерьевич (Individual Entrepreneur Talalaiko Roman Valerevich), registered in Russian Federation (registration number 322028000105522, tax ID 744302695801), address: [Business address].

The nature of the products

Every doll presented on the site is a one-of-a-kind handmade collectible, sculpted and finished by hand. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or small details compared with the photographs are a natural part of handmade work and are not defects.

Photographs are taken with care to represent each doll faithfully, but colours may render slightly differently depending on your screen.

Not toys for small children

The dolls are collectible art objects intended for adult collectors. They are not toys and are not suitable for small children: they are fragile, contain small parts and are not certified as children’s toys. Please keep them out of the reach of young children.

Ordering (current stage)

At the current stage the site does not process online payments. Ordering works like this:

• You send a purchase request through the request form on a doll’s page.
• Anna personally reviews your request and contacts you to confirm availability, discuss delivery to your location and agree the payment method.
• Payment is made by the method agreed between you and the seller, and the order is confirmed once both sides have agreed the details.

Requests are not binding purchases

Sending a purchase request does not create a binding contract of sale. A sale is concluded only when the seller has personally confirmed the order and you have agreed the price, delivery and payment terms together. Until then, either side may withdraw without any obligation.

Prices and currency

Prices may be displayed on the site or provided on request. Where a price is shown, the currency is indicated alongside it.

Despite our care, an obvious pricing error may occasionally appear on the site. In the case of an obvious error, the seller may decline or cancel a request or an unconfirmed order relating to the mispriced item, and will let you know as soon as possible.

Your obligations as a buyer

When sending a purchase request or confirming an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete contact details so that we can reach you.
• Provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including the postal code and country.
• Respond to reasonable requests for clarification about delivery details.

Consequences of an incorrect address

If a parcel cannot be delivered, is delayed or is lost because the address or contact details you provided were inaccurate or incomplete, the resulting costs (such as return shipping or re-dispatch) may be your responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Seller’s right to decline or cancel

The seller may decline a purchase request, or cancel an order before dispatch, in the following situations:

• An obvious pricing or description error affecting the item.
• Delivery to the requested destination is impossible or cannot be arranged reliably.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse of the site.

Intellectual property

All photographs, texts, doll designs and other creative materials on the site belong to the artist, Anna Talalayko, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Sharing links to the site is, of course, always welcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or from an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Russian Federation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live that apply to you regardless of the choice of law.
